About the Founder
I began my career as a classroom teacher before advancing into executive leadership over the past 20 years, with experience spanning public education, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. Throughout that journey, I was drawn to opportunities to help organizations navigate complexity, launch new initiatives, and create lasting impact.
Having managed over $10M in operating budgets and $15M in grant portfolios under state and federal compliance standards, I understand the unique pressure of protecting fiscal integrity while keeping critical work moving forward. In those roles, I saw that even the strongest organizations face limits advancing key priorities when competing demands outpace internal capacity. That realization ultimately inspired the creation of StoneFaith, where I continue the work I have found most meaningful: helping organizations solve complex challenges and position themselves for what’s next.
